Invoice Price Increased without notice

Hello,

I have had a contract with vodafone for quite some time now. For the last 4 months, the invoice price has increase by almost 40 Euros per month. I tried calling the helpline, but my German is not good so that was not helfpul at all.

Can someone please help me understand the reason for this increase?

Just post your last invoice anonymously and also an invoice before the increase.

I tried facebook and the whatsapp contact, and it says it can only reply in English.
