Is there a way to get English language support for cancelling service? A phone number to call or an email or anything? Or can I just stop paying?

stopping payment - not a good idea, cause this won't cancel your contract.

in addition the fee 4 not paying will make it much more expensive at all.

so, some options 4 u:

1. (not so fast, but a good choice if u r going 2 stay in germany a while) learning german language

- of course english is "main language" of the world, and in business so important

BUT the language of the foreign country u r living in daily situations seems 2 b more important, right?

2. (quick solution) contact vodafone in social media as twitter or facebook

- maybe it'll take a moment 2 receive answer, but they'll surely find someone in english

3. (maybe evven faster, but also may become disappointing) call the support and try your luck

I wish "learn German" was as easy as you make it sound. Unfortunately I'm already back in America, and my B1 German is much better in person than over the phone. I'll try to reach out over social media. Thank you for the idea.
