Red+ data without 5G?

Hi,

My main account has a Giga Mobil L with 5G but the associated Red+ Data 2015 sim (for a tablet) does not have the 5G option. I recently purchased a new tablet that is 5G capable. How do I enble 5G on it?

It is not possible via my vodofane app.

Hello,

Unfortunately, you cannot use 5G with the Red + Data 2015 tariff.

I recommend switching to the current Red+ 2020 tariffs.
