Have not received refund for more than 6 months

Hello and I am sorry for posting in English but my German is not good/clear enough for the subject.

I ordered a phone combined with Vodafone coontract through Sparhandy at the begining of 2022. But I did not receive the phone and the sim card, the package go back to Vordafone/Sparhandy. But vordafone changed me for more than 180 Euro. On 4th May, 2022, Vodafone send me a letter says that my money will be refunded, but until now I have not received anything.

Also, because I nerver used the vodafone number in that package, so I do not have a vordafone account from that number, and I also can not call Vodafone sevice as I can not provide a vodafone number.

I have the letter which Vodafone sent me and the proof that I have never received that pacel,
Does anyone know if there is an way I could write to request this refund?
