Need help - I wish to Port In from O2 replacing my current ESIM number

Hello Vodafone Team,

I own a GogaKombi contract, with an ESIM and High speed Kabel connection.

Wish to,

1. Port in my current O2 PrePaid number and use/replace as my ESIM number in current contract and use it in my iPhone. Can you please suggest steps ?

2. Port in another PrePaid number into my GigaKombi contract, as a new addition.

3. Need to activate OneNumber (for my samsung smartwatch 4 classic LTE) with new added number (per above point #2).

Can you please suggest best offers/options for points #2 & #3 ?

4. SecureNet package is still charged monthly in my Cellular contract invoice, but I had opted out of it (online) since my first month. Can you please cancel this package and refund deducted amounts till date ?

for steps 1,2 4 its necessary to contact our customersupport.

You can order a onenumber simcard with the "Mein Vodafone App".

This community is focused on customers helping other customers.
Neither other users , nor us the moderators have access to customeraccounts to make any changes like make an adjustment for the security package.
