Hi, i ordered an iphone with vodafone through amazon which i thought that i will have to pay monthly to vodafone. However, amazon already billed me for the iphone and now I also have to pay vodafone monthly. I don't understand if my contact with vodafone includes the iphone or not. If does not include it doesnt make sense for me to get a new contract since I am already a vodafone member.

Hi ByzB,

if I understood you correctly, you already have a contract with us and have now concluded an additional contract via Amazon. You are now paying for 2 contracts. If you did not want this, you will find information on cancellation in your order confirmation.

If you were planning to extend your existing contract and add an iPhone to your order, you can do so in MeinVodafone or through our customer care.
