Hello,

my vodafone app says i need to enter customer password to see the bills.

I cannot find my customer password. It is said, it is in my contract, but unfortunately i cant find my contract either.

can someone help me find my customer password or number.

Hi @js97

If you can't remember to that password you can set up a new one with InfoDok 265. With that form you change your customer password by your own. But it's only in German.

Send this password via contact form to VF as I described in this thread.

You should have got all contract information via email when you signed your contract online. You signed your contract online, didn't it?
