Falsche Rechnung

Hallo,
ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Rechnung. Meine monatliche Zahlung beträgt 29,99 Euro und 0 Euro für die Erstanschlussgebühr. Die Rechnung, die ich erhalten habe, ist falsch. bitte helft mir

Zum Anschlusspreis von 39,99€.Das ist nicht ungewöhnlich, denn es gilt laut den Aktionsbedingungen:

"Anschlusspreis-Befreiung für die GigaMobil Young-Tarife S bis XL
Aktion bis einschließlich 5. Oktober 2022: Du bist neu bei uns? Dann entfällt für Dich der einmalige Anschlusspreis von 39,99 Euro in den Tarifen GigaMobil Young S bis XL. Der Anschlusspreis wird Dir auf Deiner ersten oder zweiten Mobilfunk-Rechnung gutgeschrieben. Das gilt für Bestellungen auf vodafone.de oder über die Hotline."

Schau dir nochmals die Rechnung im Detail an. indem du das PDF der Rechnung aufrufst und auf die Zeiträume achtest.

Der Young S kostet regulär 34,99€, Dein monatlicher Rabatt beträgt 5€.
Du hast auf der ersten Rechnung den Anschlusspreis, den Basispreis anteilig für den Zeitraum ab Abschluss des Vertrags bis zum Ende des individuellen Rechnungszeitraums abzüglich anteilig Rabatt unter Zu Ihren Gunsten und einmal den Basispreis im Voraus für den kommenden Rechnungszeitraum (34,99€) abzüglich Rabatt.

Somit ist die Rechnung mit 73,68€ höher als regulär. Der Anschlusspreis wird auf der folgenden Rechnung gutgeschrieben.

Wenn du möchtest kannst du das pdf der Rechnung nochmals im Detail ohne persönliche Daten hier als Screenshot posten, falls nötig.

Das ist mein Plan, den ich genommen habe
das war ein aktuelles Angebot

Ich habe es für diesen Preis unter 28 Angebot bekommen.
sogar in meinem vertrag steht 0 anschlussgebühr und 29,99 pro monat.

My name is Jithu Suresh. I am under 28 and i got a new contract with an offer from vodafone.

29,99 euro per month for 10 gb and 0 connection charge was my offer.

But the first bill i got from vodafone says 73 euros ( 39 connection price and 34 monthly ).

kindly help. i tried calling customer care but nobody speaks english.

The first invoice is always higher as the other ones. The reason is that you pay the current invoice period and the the next one in advance.

Have a look at your invoice and you'll see that.

E.g. invoice period (18.08.22 - 23.08.22) and in advance (24.08.22 - 23.09.22).

You can upload a screenshot of you first invoice (without personal data, blacken personal data and mobile phone numbers). Then we can riddle it together. 😉

See , the problem is , i took this contract in an offer

" The offer is 0 euro connection charge and 29.99 euro per month "

I will attatch the screenshot of the offer and i will also attatch the bill i recieved.

I know the monthly price is different but the price ( 29.99 ) i got was through an offer recently introduced by vodafone.

i signed up for a different pricing contract and i got a different bill.

it has only been 11 days , i am even thinking about cancelling contract

0 euro connection charge and 29.99 per monththe contract email I receivedthe bill I received

There is no reason to cancel the contract. As your screenshot shows, everything has been calculated correctly. As explained above, the base price is calculated normally in advance. That's why you have the basic price of €29.99 pro rata for the period from the conclusion of the contract until the end of the billing period and once in advance (22.08.-21.09.22). The connection price (39,99€) will be credited to you on the next bill.

The bill said 34,99 per month isntead of 29,99 that was what actually made panic.

Also the connection price ( which was later said will be credited next month )
