    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mobile contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been reading through different posts but cannot find an answer. I have been a Vodafone customer for a year already and want to change my contract. understand this will extend another 2 years. The only reason I would need to cancel my contract within the next two years is if I move back to the US where Vodafone is not a provider. Is proof of abmeldung and moving to a non-Vodafone location an acceptable reason for contract cancellation?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Vodafone;font-size:13.5pt;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey Caroline5,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;you can only change your contract within the first 24 months contract runtime, as long as its an upgrade in a higher tariff.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This leads to an new contract term runtime of 24months from the date of the upgrade.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can cancle the contract early , if you are permanently leave germany.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just send a cancellation with proof that you are leaving, like the "Abmeldebescheinigung / Certificate of deregistration".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The order department will cancle the contract then. If you've decided to recieve a subsidized handset / new phone , there will most likely be a charge for the remaing monthly fees for the mobile phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cheers,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andre&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
