      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not used my sim card for a month and now it's not working, the sim is not detected. I am even unable to login to the app to order a new one.
