Cant merge contract between mobile phone and Internet Cable

Hello,

I've been trying to merge my contract between mobile phone and my internet cable but no luck so far. The reason is because whenever I click the merge contract button, they are asking for login information for my Mobile phone, where currently I'm logging in using 4G or 5G connection (without the password). Please advice

Hi alfi_alfi,

where do you want to merge the contracts? On the Vodafone homepage after logging in? There you have to enter the customer password for the contract that you then want to add.

Hi,

Yes, on the vodafone homepage. But I dont remember that there is a customer password for my mobile contract as I always login using 4G network. Where can I find this information?
