Can't call internationally

Hello,

I'm trying to make a call internationally to the UK. I've had this phone for about a month, and calls to/from Germany, as well as international SMS works fine. It's just calling internationally that doesn't work.

Obviously there is a block for international telephony. I'll be happy to help. Please let me know your phone number and the corresponding customer password via PN. I check if there is a lock and if I can delete it and then I get back to you.
