English Support- Giga kombi requirements and activation

Hello Community members,

We have a unitymedia internet connection which is in my wife's name, I have taken the red xs mobile tariff now. While signing for the same, the agent said I could get the Giga kombi benefits as the bank account and address on both contracts are mine, after the initial 3-month offer, the Giga kombi benefits have stopped. I have spoken to several agents and have got different information.

I'm looking for help on getting the Giga kombi activated. Are there some other requirements to be fulfilled?

most important is the same IBAN in both contracts !

did u or your wife make any changes in internet contract?

maybe the agent who worked on it forgot the gigakombi sign or something like that

and r u sure that gigakomni benefit is missing - maybe a different benefit - promotion or something like that stopped ?!
