    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Community members,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a unitymedia internet connection which is in my wife's name, I have taken the red xs mobile tariff now. While signing for the same, the agent said I could get the Giga kombi benefits as the bank account and address on both contracts are mine, after the initial 3-month offer, the Giga kombi benefits have stopped. I have spoken to several agents and have got different information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm looking for help on getting the Giga kombi activated. Are there some other requirements to be fulfilled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;most important is the same IBAN in both contracts !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did u or your wife make any changes in internet contract?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe the agent who worked on it forgot the gigakombi sign or something like that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and r u sure that gigakomni benefit is missing - maybe a different benefit - promotion or something like&amp;nbsp; that stopped ?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
