Incorrect contract

Hello

After canceling my previous contract, i was called by vodafone and they offered a discount on a new contract. After the phone call, i got a summery contract and there was no mention of that discount. my contract started that day (25th march). I called vodafone yesterday and they said they will get back to me within an hour. Still the hour hasn't passed 😕

What should i do in this case? I have no proof that the person on the phone told me I will get the discount. Can they lie and get me in a contract like that?
