I need to switch on an Opt-In on one of my handy numbers. Kindly ask you to tell me what should I do next in order to proceed.

You can write our service team via WhatsApp. They will set the opt in. The number is +49 (0) 172 12 172 12.

Thank you for your help! The service team did everything very fast.

The reason why I am leaving is basically the fact that I want to change to Prepaid card. I was surprised by the fact that Vodafone continues to charge smartphone costs even after 24 months of the contract (data package cannot cost 70 eur/mo, isn't it?) and if you forget to cancel it in time (or did not pay attention to that) - must pay 12 months more (not a case anymore, thanks to a new rule). Now I am a happy owner of Galaxy 10+ from Vodafone which cost me 1200+ euro.

Why I am moving to another provider? Actually, due to the fact that Vodapone somehow has quite a weak signal strength in the area, I am living. I literally have no network coverage at all in some rooms of my apartment.
