Expiring subscription, change to CallYa

Tried out the hotline but did not manage to get anywhere, seems to be a common occurence.
I have inherited my number/subscription from my former employer (Vdf Prof Plus XL D1 60) and as far as I can tell it expires today.
Since it's a Prof Abo I can't do a lot from the Vdf App so trying out here what would be a solution.

I want to change to CallYa subscription to be able to manage options and tariffs better.
