(English) 5G SIM keeping same number

Hallo,

Sorry for writting in English.
I just received my new iphone with the 5G sim card. However before activating it I was wondering if/how can I keep the same phone number?

Hi Luis,

if you have renewed your contract, you keep your phone number.

It is also saved on the new SIM card. You can find information about this on the letter that came with the new SIM card.

The old SIM card will then be deactivated automatically.

Or did you get a new number? Then you have probably signed another contract and not a contract extension.
