Early Termination - Moved back to the United States

Good evening,

I am reaching out to request that my mobile phone accounts be terminated. I moved back to the United States in December 2020 and am still being charged monthly even though I have contacted Vodofone and requested cancellations. Please let me know what information is needed from me to proceed with the terminating the contracts.

There is no premature cancellation for mobile contracts as you are able to use them abroad as contractually agreed (which includes roaming fees).

So the earliest possible date to end the contract is at the end of the minimum contractual term - usually 2 years from the date you signed the contract.
