Hi,

I have a direct debt in my bank account every month from Vodafone GmbH and a different one from Vodafone Deutschland GmbH. I understand that might be related to different services I have, the only problem is that when I login to Meinvodafone and put the info of my contract I just receive the information related to the charges from Vodafone Deutschland GmbH. The other amount is not anywhere in my current and only contract and I can't find what is related to. I have a Rechnungsnr and Customer Reference, does this info can lead me to find out where is this charge is coming from and eventually find a rechnung for that?

Invoices/Charges from Vodafone Deutschland GmbH are for Cable services (Cable TV, like GigaTV, but also Cable internet [landline using the antenna outlet])

Invoices/Charges from Vodafone GmbH can be for landline internet services (if using the DSL/telephone outlet), but also for mobile services...

In case it's a mobile contract, you'll need to separately add it to your MeinVodafone account in order to see the mobile invoices.
