Hi!

I just realized that I have been charged an extra 5.99 EUR for any know reason. Is it possible to help me regarding the issue as I can't find any explanation?

Hey Nikos13,

yeah, this looks like the charge for the easyflat day option.

Most likely you we're roaming somewhere outside of the european union . Since you have a typical greece username propably in the northern Part of Cyprus (just a guess, could be switzerland etc.)

I have never left EU. I was traveling within Greece the whole time, and I don't understand how I was charged twice the 5.99 EUR. Is it possible to look into it? This 11.98 EUR is a bit too much for me at the moment... Looking forward to any advice and help.

I think you were logged in the network from Turkey, because you were close to Turkey.

Please take into consideration, that cellular waves don't care about borders and you can be logged in, even if you are not in the particular country but close to them
