SIM card activation does not work

I ordered SIM card, previously I did not have Vodafone SIM cards. I insert it into my phone and it does not work, After reloading the phone also. I have no idea how to activate it. According to the instruction if it's my first SIM card is should work just as it is. I did not receive any passwords for MeinVodafone portal. Before I had an internet contract with Vodafone which is finished already. In this old account, I can not see any SIM cards also.

it solved by itself after I left my phone for some time
