Due to initial invoice, one-time payment was 89.88<SPAN>€ and the monthly payment was 52.23€. After one week I received an email saying that my packet can not be delivered because my address is not correct! The packet is returned, but I received a simcard! I never used it, because I was thinking it was delivered by misatke.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>After few days I received an invoice of 119.38€, and I can't even map this amount to payments of initial inoivce! For example there are two "Ratenzahlung Hardware" cost of 40€ in new one.&nbsp;</SPAN></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><SPAN>I even couldn't reach someone to help my, Very poor support.&nbsp;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>I don't know what's happening with Vodafone. You can use the internet, phone, mail, app, WhatsApp, online contact, fax, snail mail and get support.<BR /><BR />Sometimes hardware can't be delivered if the delivery service can't find the address or name. Please check that.<BR /><BR />All prices including the hardware are written down in the contract agreement/Bestellbestätigung. Following bills are inline with the contract, please check that too.
