Hallo,
Leider kann Ich nirgends mein Abo bei Spotify kündigen.
War auf etlichen Seiten doch sagt es mir immer das keine Abos aktiv sind.

Würde mich freuen über eine Lösung.

Vorausgesetzt, dass Abo wurde über Vodafone und nicht über Spotify direkt gebucht:

Hast du mit dem Smartphone (WLAN aus) die Seite www.vodafone.de/entertainment aufgerufen und dann auf "Verwalte deine Abos" geklickt?

Hallo, danke für die schnelle Antwort doch hatte ich da leider schon geschaut. Da zeigt mir das ich keine Abos habe 😕

Hast du eventuell doch direkt über Spotify abgeschlossen mit Zahlung über die Mobilfunkrechnung und es deshalb mal direkt über Spotify probiert?

Nein, Spotify leitet mich direkt wieder zu Vodafone.

„ Dein Abo gehört zu unserem Partner Vodafone. Wende dich bei Fragen zu deinem Abo daher bitte an Vodafone. Wende dich an Vodafone.“

@HeikeFist dies der einzige Weg das über Vodafone abgeschlossene Spotify Abo zu kündigen? Ich würde dies nämlich auch gerne in Anspruch nehmen.

Hallo Zilian,

entweder sollte es eine Option sein, Du Du selbst verwalten kannst über den oberen Link - oder es ist nicht direkt über uns gebucht (sondern z.B. zahlen via Handyrechnung direkt bei Spotify).

Bitte wende Dich mal an die Kundenbetreuung, die Kolleg*innen kriegen das bestimmt schnell gelöst.
