Gigakombi didn't activate after calling vodafone representative

about 1 month ago I made a phone call with vodafone, the representative said that he would activate my Gigakombi benefit. But after I received my new bills, I realized that Gigakombi is still not activated despite it states it will be activated very soon for 3 months. I'm using the same bank account for my mobilfunk and kabel internet.
