Hallo. We are moving out of the country and requested both our cellular and DSL contracts to be canceled on 31 May 2021. We sent a written letter with our orders requesting the cancellation of our contracts via certified/registered mail. We have not yet received a response from Vodafone. Can you help? Danke.

When did you send us the notice of termination?

The processing takes a few days.

The cancellation of your mobile phone number will be saved for you in due time. Early termination is not possible here.
