Hey guys,

I have a redS which I got together in a combo with home internet wi-fi.

As I am a digital nomad and I'm always traveling -plus now also lost the simcard and I'm not in Germany to have one new shipped-, I want to stop the mobile contract, but keep Internet at home.

Can you please help me to stop the phone contract from today?

Hi lucio7,

contracts with the Red tariffs have a minimum term of 24 months and cannot be terminated before. How long do you have the Red S contract?
