I would like to know when my contract expires I am not able to find it in MeinVodafone.

You can find the date you are looking for on the monthly invoice (pdf) at the top of page 2

when you start the Mein Vodafone app over the cellular network (WLAN off) and click on "Mein Tarif". (You can also cancel the contract here).
