I signed up for a GigaKombi contract with mobile for 23.99 per month and internet for 52.98 per month, but in addition to that I have been charged 13.99 per month.</P><P>This 13.99 is not found anywhere in my contracts with Vodafone and it is charged the same day as the 23.99 from Vodafone GmbH.</P><P>So for the past 18 months, I have paid an extra 13.99 per month for a service I did not ask for and is not reflected in my contract.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Another thread in this community had a similar issue with it being a TV contract which was falsely added to their contract.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>What route do I need to follow to get this fixed?
