Hi,

I cannot find my DSL number to add my contract. There is no number on any of the letters that starts with '00'. I cannot reach customer service because I don't speak German.

Hello @AllyMac,

you can also find the customer number on a bank statement/withdrawal from your bank account. We always write the customer number in the reason for payment.
