Need a Technician for my home to Fix DSL kabel Internet

I signed up for the DSL internet and booked an appointment slot for a technician to come and set everything up. But the technician did not come still.. and my ticket is also closed. What can i do in this situation ? Is there any one , who can help to find technician ?
