      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A technician came to my apartment to help me with the DSL connection this month. But the internet didn't work at that time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to call Vodafone. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English. So I have to give up. But after two days, I can use the internet! But I think &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;the status of the contract is abnormal.&amp;nbsp; And I also receive a letter from Vodafone, which says:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;leider hat es mit dem Techniker-Termin nicht geklappt. Damit es mit Deinem DSL-Anschluss so schnell wie möglich weitergeht:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Öffne auf Deinem PC oder Smartphone bitte die Website &lt;A href="http://www.vodafone.de/dsl-auftrag" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;www.vodafone.de/dsl-auftrag&lt;/A&gt; and leg die nächsten Schritte fest. Meldest Du Dich bis 13.02.2025 nicht, wird Dein Vertrag automatisch storniert.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I try to open the website or scan the QR-code. But all of them don't help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So what should I do to let Vodafone know that everything is OK and start the contract?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
