Create a my Vodafone account + add current DSL contract with a non german number

good afternoon

My Flatmate took over my DSL vodafone contract. She wants to create a my vodafone account as well as adding the current contract to the account.
However she doesn't have a german phone number. She is from Hungary so her phone number starts with +36. How can she create the account as well as adding the current contract to the account? . She receives an error while setting up the account because the number is not German.
The phone number in her contract is the Hungarian one

es können tatsächlich nur Telefonnummern aus Deutschland angegeben werden. Sie kann sich auch einfach eine CallYa-Karte holen, wenn sie keinen Handyvertrag machen möchte.
