I am residing on the 3rd floor of my building and will be moving to a new apartment on the 1st floor within the same building. I want to inquire about the process for transferring my DSL connection to the new apartment.

I would like to know the following:

What steps do I need to take to ensure my connection is moved to the new apartment?
Will there be any charges associated with this transfer?

we have a special department for moving. 🙂

So the best possibility is to call us, so you can be forwarded with this department.

If there are problems with finding a English speaking agent, you also can just send a WhatsApp to us. 👍

Our digital assistent will ask some questions in German (Sadly he's still not programmed in Enlish) so pls use a translator to answer his questions. After he forwarded you to us directly, we will be happy to support you in English.
