Previous tenant name - Vormieten

Hello Everyone,

I've a little question for the DSL connection,

I've already applied for the connection and waiting for the technician right now, There was a SMS came to me that asked previous tenants name. I wasn't know when the SMS has come, and heard sharing the name of previous tenant may fasten this process. Right now I know it who was previous tenant, how I can share it with Vodafone employees, I didn't want to call the customer service, because I'm still about to learn German. Is there any e-mail adress or link that I can share it with Vodafone ?
