      <title>Change from DSL to Cable before installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered a DSL internet connection but I was informed afterward that only a cable connection is available in my apartment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I am already waiting for my appointment with the DSL technician in this next week. So nothing was done yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please let me know if it is possible to switch my plan to a cable connection? I tried using the self-service but as I do not have a Telephone Number I am not able to change from DSL to Cable from there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any assistance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
