Ich bin Vodafone-Kunde mit DSL und ziehe um.

Der neue Standort unterstützt Vodafone und ich möchte einen Umzug beantragen.

Wenn ich mich anmelde und zum entsprechenden Abschnitt gehe, passiert Folgendes:

Verbindungsfehler

MeinDSL & Festnetz ist derzeit leider nicht erreichbar.

Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.
Wir arbeiten an der Behebung des Problems.

Hinweis: Vodafone WebBill und Ihren Kontocheck können Sie hier erreichen.

Das Gleiche passiert, wenn ich auf: https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/alles-zum-umzug.html gehe

Es ist bereits eine Woche her, seit ich dieses Problem habe.

Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich so schnell wie möglich per E-Mail, um meinen Umzug manuell durchzuführen (wie wäre es, wenn wir in den 90ern wären, was für ein Spaß!)

Wenn Sie mein Telefon haben, können Sie dort nur Kontakt aufnehmen, wenn Sie Englisch sprechen.

Du bist in einem Kunden-helfen-Kunden-Forum, hier kann dir keiner helfen. Nutze einen der offiziellen Kontaktkanäle, bevorzugt Social Media oder WhatsApp und nicht das Telefon:

Davon abgesehen ist es hilfreich, das richtige Unterforum zu wählen, DSL != Kabel.

I‘m talking about you being

a) in the „Cable“ subforum while having a problem with a „DSL“ contract (which are 2 totally different technologies, hence different subforums),

b) in a customer-to-customer forum where no individual support is available - I already gave you the link to the official support channels (support in English is available on the Twitter/X or Facebook contacts listed there).

I've read all that has been said almost 5 months ago, and in spite this being a customer-to-customer forum, this option on Vodafone official site still doesn't work, and they're still "working on it". What a joke. Now I have to move and relocate my DSL and the bloody link is still broken.

Did you use one of the mentioned contact channels or just wait for something to happen? There were some changes since November, for support in English try WhatsApp:
