Hallo, I had my Termin yesterday for the cables to be aktiviert. After the technician comes and checked the connection. He said it is finished and everythings good . After that I received an SMS that I can connect then to the internet with the given "GUIDE" I received thru Post. After trying, I still cant connect although I have already trid to enter MIC, and did also the other option to enter Internetzugang. It always says "Prüfung der Internetverbindung ist festgeschlagen.Die DSL verbindung ist gestört.", " Die Einrichtungsvorgang wurde abgebrochen"., "Es besteht keine DSL verbindung ". What should I do. I tried also to call the hotline but I cant understand. Hope someone help me.Thanks
