Restarting router

Hi, My router keep restarting every 10-20 minutes, it is really disturbing especially while in an important meeting and suddenly disconnects, I made a ticket they restarted but didn't help, this is my first month with Vodafone and it is really not the best experience, I checked the firmware and it said updated,
what else can it cause this? could it be settings?
