Terminate DSL contract

Dear Moderators,

I would like to terminate my DSL contract (started in August 2020) because on the 1st December 2023 I am moving into my partner's apartment, which already has a DSL contract with Vodafone.
From what I understood, relocating into an apartment where Vodafone is already the only provider should be considered a valid reason for early termination of the contract, right? Is there one month notice period for early termination?

Could you please confirm this for me and tell me what documents I should provide?

If your contract has been running since August 2020 and you have not extended it for another 24 months, you can cancel it now on a monthly basis. Please contact our written support so that you can get the necessary information.
