Extra Bill for WLAN Hostspot

I started my contract on 1st of July. Contract ended on the 23rd August. Three bills got deducted from my account.

According to the customer service -
22 - Eur for month of July

14 Eur for 1st to 23rd August.

3rd bill 20 Eur they dont know? For no reason cut 20 Eur. They said it will be credited back but not sign of being credited.

I had to make three visits to the centre just for termination, I don't know how scam Organizations like these are running in Germany.

What nonsense is this?

sorry that i can reply just now.

There is no scam or anything like that. You've booked a WLAN hotspot and it costs 20 euro. More information here. (Sadly it's just in german)

So i kinda don't understand what's the problem.

Yeah I read it but is 20Eur per monate. I have got here 3 bills of

14.

Whereas I have only used for 53 days. Also the contract has been terminated.
