      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am a new customer and I got my modem easybox &amp;nbsp;today. My activation date is 12 September but I need the internet earlier. I tried to activate via modem’s interface but it says no connection due to possibly my contract isn’t activated yet. Is it possible to activate it earlier like today if no technician is required to come to my flat for the connection?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to contact customer service but no one speaks english.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
