Need help - internet issue

Hi,

I have internet issue in my apartment, I have tried all the approaches suggested and could not connect to internet. See attached image.

Please help further as I need to work from home.

This is what I see when I try to reset my router and use "get connected" again.

Looks like internet is not activated somehow. Please take a look asap.
