Monthly Rent for EasyBox 805 even after returning.

Hello,

I had an issue with the router (Easybox 805) in January. I was sent a new router and I returned the old router.

But this month the invoice had 29euro rent for the old router.

Why i'm being charged for the router I already sent back and which was even faulty and had no internet because of it.
