Wrong invoice amount!

Hello,

I have a contract of ADSL of 19,99 euros per month, But in my last invoice of 04/11/2023, they made an automatic debit of 28,99 euros

I also discovered that on 11/08/2022 they did took 67,76 €!

Why is that?
Why there is no way to pay via money transfer? I don't want to keep the automatic debit!

Are you sure about the price?

As far as I know, the lowest (regular) price is at 29,99 € per month - there are some tariff plans with initially 19,99 € for a limited time that then will go up to the regular price.
