DSL and cable

The problem is that I am a tenant and the apartment does not have DSL, and the landlord does not allow the wall to be drilled for wiring.

If your company offers 5G/LTE or similar services that do not require cabling, I would like to change the contract, of course, otherwise I would like to cancel the contract.
