Online Registration Code / Contract / Welcome Letter nothing recieved with the Router NOR in email.

Hello,

I recieved the Vodafone Router on 29th December and its activated already. However, there was no welcome letter with the contract or online registration code in the package. When I try to add my contract into my account, it ass for the Online registration code, and I don't know where to find it, I have not recieved it in email as well as post.

I tried calling customer care as well as TOBi but it being in German I could not reach any agent for assistance.

Can you please let me know how I can get the online registration code now?

Hey Yogeshwalke,

the welcomeletter is always sent before the router.
As long as we have a confirmed mailadress via e-mail. Did you check your spamfolder?

The onlineregistration code can not be ordered new via self selfservice.
So please get in touch with my colleagues from the customersupport.
I'd suggest using facebook (tobi answers there , but an english speaking operator will get in touch with you) or twitter (without tobi).
