DSL ownership transfer Berlin

Hello,

I am moving out of Berlin and would like to transfer my DSL ownership to new tenant. Can you please tell me the process to do so? And is there any timeline to do this transfer? Also how to notify Vodafone about this transfer.

Hey Preprep,

to transfer your dsl contract to another person , please use this document .
Once both parties have filled the form (you as the 1) Daten aktueller Kunde / data current customer) and the new tenant Part 2 (Daten neuer Kunde), please send it back to the adress mentionend there.

Once the order department has checked everything, both contract partners will get informed.
And the new contract partner will get new login credentials of course 🙂
