    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer using DSL connection. I received my moderm and had my installation code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to connect to Vodafone (The previous tenent also used Vodafone), I received IP addresses. But I was unable to connect to internet. I always received "Benutzername/Passwort falsch! (Fehler 691)" error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suppose that I need another way to activate my DSL information first. But my Termin is in next 10 days. I have been waiting it for long time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please suggest me a way to do it by myself?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Duy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Vodafone;font-size:13.5pt;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi duyn, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;there is no way to unlock the connection before the technician appointment, sorry.
