Bill received beyond contract cancellation.

HI Team,

I've moved out of Germany in May 2022 but there was delay in submitted the derigstration letter. Contract has been terminated but some amount is still being debited from my account.

I got one more bill and 35 Euro is deducted from my account on 27-SEP.

There was a credit of 47 Eur on Aug 04. Could you please clarify on the deductions.

35 € is usually the fee if u didn't return the router 2 vodafone after the end of the contract....

remember if u have used a connect box, or a vodafone station - also when u've used a fritz!box rented by vodafone - u will have 2 return unused hardware (e g router) !

otherwise vodafone will make that kind of bill 4 u.....

Hi team,

I've already returned the routers to Vodafone, I had used Fritzbox and returned that as well.

Not sure, how many more deductions going to happen from my account.
