Hello! I am changing my address and need to order reallocation, however I could not reach/find any English speaking operator to help. Where can I call to get this sorted in English?

Hey Elisabedi,

sadly there is no dedicated english hotline.

Most agents should be able to handle a call in english nevertheless.

You can chat with us , for example via whatsapp.
